Williams Loft™ warrants to the original purchaser that this product will be free from defects in workmanship or materials for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase.
If during the warranty period, this product has a defect in workmanship or materials, return it to the place of purchase. Williams Loft™ will repair or replace the item with one of equal or greater value at Williams Loft™’s option. Returns must include return authorization and proof of purchase.
This warranty does not cover product that is not cleaned in accordance with Williams Loft™’s instructions.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state. The duration of any applicable implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness, shall not exceed the term of this limited warranty. Williams Loft™ shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages that result from the use of your Williams Loft™ product.
