High-Thread-Count-Bed-Sheets.com is committed to complete customer satisfaction.
In order to meet the needs of our internet clients we offer a refund on all regularly stocked merchandise (please note that we cannot accept returns on special or custom orders, including those from our Italian manufacturers).
However, please note that we cannot accept returns of merchandise, including bedding and clothing (i.e., sheets, duvets, comforters, pillowcases, pajamas, etc…) that have been opened due to concerns of health and hygiene and in accordance with health department guidelines.
If you wish to make a return or exchange on an item from one of our Italian manufacturers, we will need to contact the manufacturer for a return authorization number. Our Italian manufacturers only accept returns for defective merchandise where the defect has been reported immediately upon receipt of the goods.
Please note that there will be a 20% restocking charge on all returned merchandise. If you are uncertain about a style or color, we recommend you purchase a sham or wash cloth as a sample prior to making your final purchase.
Regularly stocked merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt and accompanied by a copy of your sales receipt. Please return items in new and unused condition. The product must contain all tags and product inserts. High-Thread-Count-Bed-Sheets.com reserves the right to inspect and return items to you that are not acceptable for return. All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund of the purchase price less the restocking charge.
